Today, we are exploring the culinary experience of the new five-course pairing event at Wine Bar George, which features the best of the best from this popular Disney Springs restaurant.
Join Master Sommelier George Miliotes for a multi-course lunch featuring delectable Florida-inspired cuisine. Indulge in some Sunshine State favorites—from scallops to key lime pie—alongside expertly paired wines. During your meal, members of the culinary and sommelier teams will visit to talk about the pairing process.
Your meal will consist of the following courses:
- The Big Board (6 artisanal cheeses and 5 artisanal meats) paired with Saint Hilaire Crémant de Limoux Brut Rosé
- Grilled Scallop Ceviche paired with a Florida Frojito
- Citrus Cured Pork Loin paired with La Kiuva Picotendeo – Valle d’Aosta, Italy
- White Chocolate Cake with Florida Peach Ice Cream paired with Ordóñez, N° 1 Selección Especial, Muscat – Málaga, Spain
