New Diwali Special in Disney Springs at eet by Maneet

Hey Disney Dining friends, I think one of the most underrated things about dining at Disney Springs is how easy it is to fall into a familiar routine. We all have our favorite restaurants, those tried-and-true menus we know we will enjoy, and the occasional surf and turf dinner when we feel like treating ourselves. But every now and then, I think it is worth stepping outside that comfort zone and trying something a little different. That is where eet by Maneet comes in! Tucked into the Disney Springs dining lineup, this restaurant offers an opportunity to explore the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine without having to leave the Disney bubble. It is a welcome change from the burgers, fries, and familiar American favorites that feature so heavily around the resort, and I really do think it deserves a little more attention from Disney Springs visitors.

One of the things I enjoy about a restaurant like eet by Maneet is that you can make it a full dining experience or simply pop in when you fancy something different. And if you have never explored Indian cuisine beyond a few familiar dishes, this could be a fun place to start broadening your horizons. The flavors, spices and combinations offer something different from the usual Disney dining options, and sometimes the best vacation memories come from trying something you might not ordinarily order at home. I will also admit that I have a soft spot for the naan bread! There is something about getting it hot and fresh that makes it worth a stop all on its own. Even if you are not planning a full meal, don’t underestimate the appeal of popping in for a little bread break while exploring Disney Springs.

There is another reason to put eet by Maneet on your radar right now, too, with a limited-time Diwali special that sounds absolutely delicious. Meet the Loaded Bollywood Fries, available through November 8! This is not your standard side of fries, friends. Crispy fries seasoned with chaat masala are loaded with butter chicken, paneer, melted cheddar and mozzarella, then finished with mint crema, tamarind chutney, pickled onions and fresh cilantro. That combination of creamy, savory, tangy, and spicy flavors sounds like a seriously tempting way to celebrate Diwali through food. I love seeing Disney Springs restaurants introduce seasonal offerings that give us another reason to revisit, and this one has certainly caught my attention. Even if you have visited eet by Maneet before, a special like this is a great excuse to stop by again and see what is cooking.

With the Loaded Bollywood Fries only available for a limited time, you have until November 8th to give them a try. I always encourage Disney visitors to take advantage of these temporary menu additions when they can, because they offer something a little different from the regular dining lineup and may not return once the season passes. We all know there is no shortage of burgers, fries, and familiar American comfort food at Walt Disney World, but part of the fun of traveling is discovering new flavors along the way. So, if you are planning a Disney Springs visit over the next couple of weeks, why not make room for eet by Maneet? Whether you are stopping in for those hot, fresh naan breads, exploring Indian cuisine for the first time, or heading straight for the Diwali special, this is one dining location I would love to see more guests give a chance. Sometimes the best meal of your vacation is the one you didn’t originally plan on having!
