The wildly popular bakery, Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, famous for its nearly half-pound cookies and over-the-top cake slices, has unveiled their fresh lineup of seasonal flavors for July. They’re changing things up this month with a new release schedule. Rather than offering a single monthly limited-edition cookie, we can look forward to three different flavors, each available during a separate 10-day window throughout July.
The first release is Stuart Valencia’s Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie, available July 1 through July 10 at both the Disney Springs and East End Market locations.
Inspired by one of Gideon’s longest-running characters, the cookie features a citrus-infused dough packed with candied pecans, dark chocolate chips, and pieces of candied orange. As with many of the bakery’s limited offerings, purchases are limited to two cookies per person, while supplies last.
Once Stuart’s cookie retires, two additional limited flavors will take its place from July 11-20 and July 21-30. Gideon’s hasn’t revealed those cookies just yet, so we’ll have to wait for each release!
July Cake Schedule
Several returning cake flavors are also making appearances throughout the month. Stuart’s Orange Pecan Cake and Bonnie’s Lemon Crumb Cake will both be available every Wednesday and Saturday, while the popular Strawberry Crunch Cake carries over from June and can be found each Monday.
New Disney Springs Cold Brew
Guests visiting the Disney Springs location can also try July’s exclusive beverage, Stuart’s Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew.
The seasonal drink combines nitro cold brew with oat milk, maple syrup, mocha, and fresh orange for a citrus-inspired twist. Gideon’s has also teased an additional cold brew surprise on weekends, with more details expected later this month.
Collectible Menus Return
Gideon’s collectible menus will rotate alongside the monthly cookie schedule.
- July 1-10: Stuart Valencia menu
- July 11-20: New collectible design
- July 21-30: Final July design
Guests visiting Disney Springs can pick one up while waiting in line, and online merchandise orders will include whichever menu is available on the day the order is placed.
