
Flavors of Florida is the latest celebration that Walt Disney World guests can enjoy around the resort. Full of fresh local ingredients and flavors, this event is a favorite among many foodies. Adding to the incredible lineup of culinary offerings already promoted, Paddlefish Restaurant in Disney Springs has announced a new pairing of its own for the occasion.
The premier dining location, The Landing at Disney Springs, is offering a limited-time menu pairing until August 11th. A special serving of Cedar Key Littleneck Clams paired with an Islamorada Citrus Ale is now on offer.
Bonus 5 Course Pairing Event
Paddlefish is hosting a Paring Event in celebration of Disney Springs Flavors of Florida. Guests will experience an elevated plated five course dinner created by Executive Chef, Steven Richard, using various Seafood dishes intentionally paired with red and white wines chosen by the Paddlesfish beverage team. Featuring distinct ingredients found locally in Florida like Cedar Key Clams, Fungi Jon Mushrooms, Congaree & Penn Grains, Florida Tielfish, and Nellie & Joe’s, giving you the true Flavors of Florida experience.
First Course
- Cedar Key Surf & Turf – Stuffed Middlenecks, nuduja, grilled lemon
- Pair: Spanish Cava Mas Fi
Second Course
- Etouffe – Key West pink shrimp, lump crab, Jupiter brown rice
