Somehow, ten months of the year have flown by, and we are now facing all the delightful excitement of November, and you know what that means! A new month, a new round of Salt & Straw flavors will be available to drool over in Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort and Disney Springs in the Walt Disney World. Take a look at the new Thanksgiving flavors you can expect on your visit this month.
Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream
Everyone loves a bread basket, and ours is brimming with warm, fluffy buttered rolls. Slightly sweet, lightly toasted, and finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these melt-in-your-mouth dinner rolls are gently folded into a rich, sweet-and-salty butter ice cream. Simple yet irresistible, this classic starter gets everyone excited for what’s to come.

Sweet Potato Casserole (v)
An all-American side dish and Thanksgiving Day staple, Sweet Potato Casserole is always a crowd-pleaser. Ours begins with heaps of mashed sweet potatoes, drizzled with maple syrup and a splash of Maker’s Mark bourbon, blended into a rich coconut-oat milk. True to casserole tradition, we finish this velvety smooth flavor with three toppings—candied pecans, brown sugar oatmeal streusel, and ripples of vanilla-bourbon sweet potato—for an extra nutty crunch.

Turkey Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce
The centerpiece of our Thanksgiving table: Turkey Stuffing made with baked brioche bread pudding and turkey sausage, cooked to a crumble with black pepper and a bouquet of roasting herbs—rosemary, sage and thyme. Savory, spicy and utterly unforgettable, every scoop is infused with just the right amount of cinnamon, brown sugar and a streak of tart cranberry sauce. As tempting as it may be to fill up on this, be sure to save room for dessert!

Mom’s Mango Pie
We’re eternally grateful to musician and podcaster Hrishikesh Hirway—and his mother—for this Thanksgiving treat. Her secret mango pie filling recipe translates perfectly to ice cream, so we blend a mango mawa (like a cooked-down milk dulce de leche; Alphonso mangos are critical) with tangy cream cheese and fluffy whipped cream to make a silky sweet curd. Crumbles of salty graham cracker crust are layered in rich, mango ice cream for a lovely cultural mash-up that’s gathering more fans every year.

Pumpkin Spiced Tiramisu
Our final course takes inspiration from two iconic desserts: Pumpkin Pie and Tiramisu. We start with a traditional pie filling, spiced with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, and sweetened with maple syrup. A generous splash of coffee creates our unique flavor fusion. Mascarpone coffee sauce, infused with tiramisu cake, is swirled throughout the pumpkin-forward ice cream, and flecks of chocolate stracciatella mimic the chocolate flakes that top the Italian dessert. With that, ahhhhh, maybe it’s time for sweatpants—and round two.
