Run, don’t walk to this next destination! You know I am not a huge fan of Disney cupcakes. They are usually spectacular looking, though rather lacking in taste. However, the latest miniature cake to hit the menu may be the exception. It’s called a Twix Cupcake, and the description will spike your enthusiasm (and blood sugar) just reading it. ‘The Twix cupcake features chocolate cake lined with a cookie crust and filled with caramel, all topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting, a ladle of ganache, and finished with mini Twix decorations.’
