M&Ms go hand in hand with Disney for me, as traditionally, I always keep a packet in my bag for emergency energy boosts. On every trip, there is always a time when someone is crashing in the energy stakes, getting frustrated in line, or just generally in need of a pick-me-up. That is when I pull out my trusty M&Ms and save the day. If you’ve been around The DIS for a while, you might remember that I often suggest this as a tip to work through a long queue with kids. Start asking questions in a quiz-style game, and the correct answer wins an M&M each time. This trick always puts a smile on my kids’ faces and makes the time go faster, too!
Today, being World M&M Day, I wanted to give a little love to these delicious, candy-coated treats. I love heading over to the color wall at the M&M Store in Disney Springs and making my own mix of just the colors I like. Of course, they all taste the same, but that’s not the point, is it? I like to make a mermaid mix with some of the mid-pink colors, aqua blue, a few purples, and some of the emerald green ones as well. It looks gorgeous, and for some reason, I really get a kick out of having my own signature blend.
What are your favorite M&M colors?
