To this day, Impressions de France remains a mostly-untouched EPCOT gem that transports you back to 1982, capturing the imagination, charm, and wanderlust that encapsulates la France. This 18-minute love letter film has always been a favorite of mine whenever I visit EPCOT.
With the addition of the Beauty & the Beast Sing-Along in 2020, Impressions received a 4K update and began its shared tenure with the new sing-along at the Palais du Cinema. You’d hope the two shows would rotate throughout the day, but Impressions continues to operate on an overtly limited schedule.
The current operating hours calendar on both WDW’s official website and within the My Disney Experience app state Impressions de France opens at 9am and closes at 9:30am, and reopens at 7:00pm, continuing showtimes through 8:45pm.
Additionally, Impressions de France is listed as available during Early Park Entry for on-site resort hotel guests from 8:30am to 9am.
There’s nothing quite like an early morning viewing of Impressions de France followed by breakfast in Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, am I right? If you’re a planner AND an Impressions de France fan like me, be sure to work this into your EPCOT itinerary!
Theme Park Correspondent for The DIS | Chloé loves kitschy dark rides, roller coasters, a good background area music loop, hot Butterbeer, and all things Halloween. You’ll mostly find her wandering around Orlando’s biggest theme parks snapping pics and sharing tips… or probably talking about The Great Movie Ride.
