Lately, Annual Passholders have been highlighting the lack of discounts and perks throughout Walt Disney World. Disney seems to be listening because they just released some new deals in time for the holidays.
Starting December 12th through December 23rd, 2022, the Passholder discount on merchandise will increase to 30% at owned and operated Walt Disney Word Resort stores. That jump from 20% to 30% can make a huge difference when shopping this time of year. I am happy to see this because I have a long Christmas list filled with Disney merch that I need, well, want.
The other discount released is that Annual Passholders can enjoy 20% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at select EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. This will take place from December 12th to December 23rd, 2022, when using cashless payment. This is my favorite EPCOT festival, so I visit it at least twice a week. This discount will be very beneficial with how often I attend the event.
Disney also noted that the discount is only for personal use and can’t be used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell. A Passholder must present a valid Annual Pass and a valid photo ID before buying any merchandise to receive applicable benefits and discounts.
