Just when we thought we had seen all of Magic Kingdom’s 2025 Halloween decor, they had a few more tricks and treats up their sleeve!
Disney just revealed new Dumbo and Timothy Mouse pumpkin wreath decorations for Storybook Circus at Magic Kingdom. Installed on lampposts near the Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction, these adorable wreaths feature glowing jack‑o‑lanterns styled as Dumbo and his faithful friend Timothy Q. Mouse, nestled in autumn leaves and twinkling with flickering lights; mirroring the iconic Mickey pumpkin wreaths on Main Street, U.S.A.

One Land at a Time…
These seasonal additions are giving me hope for the future of seasonal decor found throughout Disney World’s parks. Magic Kingdom has only ever had glowing jack-o-lanterns, pumpkin statues and autumn bunting throughout the Main Street U.S.A., Town Square, and Cinderella Castle hub areas. This, albeit small, expansion into Fantasyland, beyond the castle hub, hints at an exciting evolution for Halloween décor at Magic Kingdom. If Storybook Circus now embraces its own character-themed pumpkins, imagine what’s next: Tomorrowland may glow with space‑themed jack‑o‑lanterns, Liberty Square could don colonial-style gourds, and Adventureland might sprout tiki‑pumpkin flair (or how about a Halloween overlay for Jungle Cruise?! I may be getting ahead of myself here…). The possibilities don’t end there – maybe Hollywood Studios could feature kitschy retro 1950s Halloween décor?
I (and I’m sure many of you Halloween + Disney fans out there) have long hoped for more seasonal immersion across all lands, and these new Fantasyland wreaths suggest those hopes may sprout into reality. With each new addition, Halloween at Magic Kingdom is inching closer to becoming a fully park-wide celebration… one land at a time.

With the success of those iconic Mickey pumpkin wreaths, it’s no wonder they’ve introduced more characters. Perhaps we’ll see some expanded pumpkin wreath merchandise in the coming years, too!
What do you think of Storybook Circus’ new pumpkins?
