The impact that cast members can have on guest experiences knows no bounds and can make or break your time in the parks. Most people think of communication skills as verbal language, but with Disney, the buck doesn’t stop there. What a wonderful way to be able to communicate with deaf guests or anyone that knows ASL that I can only imagine would be a joyful surprise to anyone who relies on this language to communicate.
