Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 6082

Notes Destiny is a beautiful ship with beautiful staterooms. This stateroom is on the "bump out" so the verandah is slightly deeper, which is wonderful. You can see the lifeboats on deck 5, but they don't block your view unless they are being pulled out to be cleaned. Room is quiet and in a great location not opposite any stairs. If you like to use the stairs, it is a hike up to the pool deck, so we might stay on a higher deck next time. As with the other Wish-class ships, not as much storage space as the Dream and Magic classes. Highly recommend this stateroom.

Notes I absolutely loved this room! It's very quiet and I felt hardly any movement. I felt minimal movement one night and it was because we had had hit choppy waters and were moving pretty fast. Not far from midship elevators. It has a spilt bathroom and lots of storage. It has a light switch so you don't need to use a card to keep the lights on. The room is comfortable for 2 adults and one child. It only has a queen and a sofa bed,no pull down bunk. The verandah is spacious. I will always get this room when cruising the Magic. It's on the port side of the ship so if you want to see anything while in port,you have to go to the other side. The room was in great condition and I can only imagine how it'll look after going to dry dock this year.

Notes The wife and I stayed in this cabin on a 02/16/2013 sailing. Western Caribbean.Their is nothing above or below that is noisy such as Buena Vista Theatre or a pool so the room was very quiet. Except for the occasional noise from a neighbor. The location is excellent. It is right at midship just a few steps away from the stairs and elevator. Also since it is on the 6th level it is not a far walk up or down the stairs to other levels in case the elevators are too crowded. When we pulled into port at our ports of call we were on the dock side except at PC. Our room steward Ederson was exceptional. When we cruise on the Fantasy again we will definitely ask for this cabin.

Notes 6082 is the same as all deluxe Verandas, but as it is the last one before the Family Deluxe which are bigger, you have some extra room outside the door. Lifeboats are right below so if you look straight down you see them if you are sitting or looking out you don't. Near main stairs and elevators. Noise not a problem at all.

Notes Mid Ship room was quiet with easy access to elevators and/or stairs. Highly recommended. Smooth Sailing
