Yuhi Fujinaga is named executive chef of Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs

Morimoto Asia, the Disney Springs restaurant owned by Iron Chef Morimoto, has hired a new executive chef. Yuhi Fujinaga will oversee culinary operations at the restaurant. Chef Fujinaga said, “I met chef Morimoto as a young chef in Hawaii, where I grew up. We bonded quickly over our love of fresh fish, big flavors and new cooking techniques.” He previously worked in Bar Basque and Sea Grill in New York, and Casa Solla and Gaminiz in Spain.
