WDW News Today is reporting that Skipper Canteen at the Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland will soon be getting an overhaul of their menu. - Curried Vegetable Crew Stew – served with Roasted Acorn Squash, Lentils, and Sautéed Collard Greens
- Rice Noodle Bowl with Duck – Pho Broth served with Jalapeños with mix of fresh Herbs
- Trader Sam’s Head-On Shrimp – Sustainable Local Farm-raised Shrimp tossed in a Chili-Garlic Sauce and served with Chinese Broccoli and choice of Five-grain on White Rice
- Falls’ Signature Grilled Steak – Strip Loin Asado-marinated in Sofrito and served with Yuca Planks, Avocado, and House-made Chimichurri
There’s no date yet for when this change might take place or exactly what type of dishes would replace the current menu.
