Starting on Tuesday, February 28th, Disneyland Resort hotel guests who’d like to charge purchases to their rooms at participating merchandise or food & beverage locations must use the Disneyland app to do so.
Hotel room key cards will no longer be an accepted method to make charges to the room.
To access the Charge to Room option, guests will need to link their hotel reservation in the Disneyland app.
Once the reservation is linked, guests should go to the My Hotel Reservation screen and select “Charge to Hotel Room” to pull up a barcode that cast members at participating locations will be able to scan.
