After more than a year of being unavailable, guests can once again purchase new Annual Passes for Walt Disney World, if they can get into the website to do so.

As we previously reported, sales would begin after 6 am Eastern today, Thursday, April 20, 2023.

Disney put their online Virtual Queue in place to help prevent the website from getting too bogged down, and for the most part, the approximate wait time status bar didn’t show a wait time but kept “recalculating.”

As of the time of this posting, Disney has posted the notice below stating that “sales will resume as soon as possible.”
