Branzino with fingerling potatoes, olives, tomato coulis, scallions, panisse, and fine herbs
Sea Scallops with English pea risotto, zucchini, pickled vegetables, and scallop nage
Buratta with heirloom tomato, peach, prosciutto, and basil
Red Pepper Bisque with zucchini bread, crème fraîche, and pickled peppers
Ratatouille Fritter with eggplant, carrot, summer squash, and pipérade (Plant-based)

This signature table-service restaurant is located on the rooftop of Disney’s Riviera Resort.
