The epic culinary battle ‘Ramen Rumble’ is returning to its Disney Springs host, Morimoto Asia, on January 22nd. I’ve you have not heard of this event before, let us give you a quick run down. Five of the highly rated chefs will come together to present their unique style of ramen, made with creative toppings and textures for guests to sample and vote on. These Chefs will be competing for the championship title of “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida,” and guests will get to enjoy the competition with a seat at the table!

In partnership with event founders Sue & Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs will compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy. A portion of proceeds will be donated to our charity partner, Give Kids the World.
Each contestant will operate their own station and present a unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on — crowning the next Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.
