Read more details below about the new Brioche French Toast, Lobster Benedict, and Breakfast Burrito, enjoyed in the perfect poolside setting!
Brioche French Toast:
Thick-sliced brioche with vanilla-sweetened mascarpone, fresh berries, powdered sugar, and blueberry compote, served with seasonal fruit. $21
Lobster Benedict:
Hollandaise & caviar, shaved asparagus salad, champagne vinaigrette. $34
Breakfast Burrito:
Eggs, bacon, potatoes, pico de gallo and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla, salsa roja and sour cream, served with seasonal fruit. $20
