The Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort has been undergoing a substantial refurbishment over the last few years. While we’ve had to say a sad goodbye to some of our favorite local dining spots, we’ve also been lucky enough to see some incredible restaurants take their place. One of those that opened only last year is Paseo, an upscale Mexican restaurant from Chef Carlos Gaytán that is dressed to impress. The new hot spot opened with a bang, impressing guests with imaginative and unique twists on traditional classics. The dining location is now open for brunch as well as their usual services, and the experience looks fabulous.
