Guests who had tickets for Disney’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights on the nights the parks closed for the hurricane may not be out the money for their unused ticket.
Walt Disney World will honor those tickets for any other upcoming Halloween Party, exchange them for a ticket for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (Nov. 7-Dec. 22), or exchange them for a one-day park hopper ticket (valid for 2 years). Guests can also get a full refund if desired.
Any Halloween Horror Nights tickets that are dated October 6 or October 7 will be honored at any another night of the event, which goes on through October 31. If guests had purchased Express Passes for the event, those can be exchanged at guest services or at Express podiums. If guests had multi-day tickets, those are still valid for the dates printed on the tickets.
