We had a little teaser yesterday about something spooky brewing at the ever-popular Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World! Today, the Disney Eats Instagram announced that Jock Lindsey’s HALLOWEEN Hangar Bar will debut on August 19, 2025!
Here’s your first look at some of the items that will be on the menu, but the official descriptions have not yet been revealed. We’ll add them to this post once they’re announced!
We’ve sampled some of the incredible food that’s been offered when this bar turns into Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Hangar Bar and we loved it, so we’re excited to see the incredible theming that’s gone into the dishes we’re seeing so far for Halloween.
We sure hope that the vessels seen in these media images are what the bar uses to serve the food. How amazing is that coffin?!
A little bit of backstory on this dive bar from Disney if you’ve never been –
The two globetrotters stumbled on Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based tip in central Florida. Attracted to the town’s natural springs and lush terrain, Jock bought some waterfront property and eventually settled down, piloting seaplane tours across the fast-growing Sunshine State.
Jock eventually built an airplane hangar, air tower and runway, and invited fellow members of The Society of Explorers and Adventurers to pay him a visit. His home base soon became a popular stopover and watering hole for world travelers and locals alike.
Reservations are not required or accepted, so if you plan to stop by, you’ll likely encounter a wait time, as we suspect this new Halloween layover will be extremely popular.
