New Life Day Treats Coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland

Life Day is almost here, and Disneyland is celebrating in true Wookiee fashion with an entire lineup of new limited-time menu items in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Beginning November 14, guests can explore ten new dishes and beverages across Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, Oga’s Cantina, the Milk Stand, and Kat Saka’s Kettle – each inspired by flavors and traditions from planets across the galaxy.

At Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, guests will find a range of savory options and a returning fan-favorite dessert. The Felucian Kefta Garden Spread features Impossible™ meatballs, roasted butternut squash purée, tzatziki, toasted sage, and crispy pita chips – offering a hearty plant-based dish packed with flavor.

Those looking for something fresh and fuel-worthy can try the Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad, served with mixed greens, roasted seasonal vegetables, pumpkin seeds, and a green curry ranch dressing.

For something richer, the Kublag Curry combines herb rice with curry-spiced shrimp, creamy chicken curry, cilantro, and crumbled feta.

Of course, dessert is here for the celebration as well. The Kashyyyk Cake layers a brownie base with raspberry sauce, tiramisu, and dark chocolate mousse – making it an indulgent treat worthy of Chewbacca himself.

Next door at Oga’s Cantina, Life Day spirit arrives in both food and drink form. The Joh Blastoh Sangria Gocola blends red wine, apple vodka, cider, tropical juices, cinnamon, and pomegranate syrups, complete with a spiced sugar rim and a star anise garnish.

Pair it with the new Millaflower Toast, a cinnamon-swirl toast topped with whipped ricotta, cheesecake frosting, strawberries, lychee pearls, chocolate crumble, and matcha powder.

The Milk Stand is offering a festive twist on the fan-favorite Blue Milk, now served with strawberry purée and golden lychee popping spheres.

Guests can also grab a pack of Wookiee Ookiees—pecan chocolate shortbread cookies with salted caramel.

Finally, Kat Saka’s Kettle adds two new snackable offerings: the Kerkoiden Cold Hot Chocolate, made with cold white hot chocolate and Mexican spices, and the Life Day Cheese Branch, a warm, croissant-style breadstick filled with cheeses and served with spicy Alfredo dipping sauce.

These offerings are available for a limited time only. Based on past Life Day celebrations, popular favorites may sell out quickly, so guests are encouraged to sample the new lineup while supplies last.

Whether you’re team Rebel, Resistance, or Wookiee, there’s something here to celebrate the season in your own way, no intergalactic travel required.
