If you’re attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom in 2025, you can once again look forward to Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, a nighttime spectacular hosted by Minnie Mouse herself. The show will be presented exclusively during the after-hours event at 10 PM each party night.
About the Show
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks originally debuted in 2019 and has become a holiday party staple at Magic Kingdom. The show combines a musical score of classic Christmas songs with castle projections, low-level pyrotechnics, and a large-scale fireworks display above Cinderella Castle.

Minnie Mouse serves as the evening’s hostess, inviting everyone to come together in a celebration of the spirit of the season. The soundtrack features orchestral arrangements and vocal medleys of beloved holiday songs including “Joy to the World,” “Deck the Halls,” “Jingle Bells,” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” culminating in a powerful finale set to “Wonderful Christmastime.”
Other musical highlights include “Up on the House Top,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,” and “When We’re Together” from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.
My personal favorite moment? The calm “Carol of the Bells” moment, where Cinderella Castle is gleaming with icy-blue outlined projections, illuminating in synchronization with the song as it builds.
Best Viewing Areas
The show’s projections are designed for optimal viewing from the Cinderella Castle hub and Main Street, U.S.A., though the fireworks can also be enjoyed from Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland.
TIP: If you’re hoping to watch from the hub, you may want to arrive early to secure a spot, especially if you’re planning to catch Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration (the party’s castle character-filled stage show) just before or after the fireworks. We recommend the area just in front of the Partners Statue!
Party and Schedule Details
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place on select nights from November 7 through December 21, 2025. The event runs from 7 PM to midnight, with entry available to ticketed guests as early as 4 PM. There are still a few party nights available in December, get your tickets soon!
Starting December 22, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will replace Happily Ever After as the nightly fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, performed at 8:30 PM for all park guests through the end of the holiday season.
