When the energy of the Disney Parks hits full throttle, sometimes the best move is knowing when to take a little breather. That is where Disney Springs truly shines. Whether you are grabbing a bite, taking a leisurely stroll, shopping until your bags are full, or settling in with a carefully crafted drink, this lively district offers a perfect change of pace from park days.
Disney Springs is one of my favorite places to reset during a busy vacation. There is no pressure to chase Lightning Lanes or watch the clock, just time to enjoy good food, great atmosphere, and a little freedom to wander. It is ideal for a midday break or a relaxed evening out, and the ever-changing drink menus give us one more reason to slow down and savor the moment.
Today, we are spotlighting a few new beverages that deserve a spot on your must-try list during your next Walt Disney World visit.
New Cocktails at The Edison
Over at The Edison, two new signature cocktails have arrived and will be available through March. Paaliaq’s Passion blends Patrón Reposado with Licor 43, passionfruit, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a Greek yogurt clarification for a smooth and slightly unexpected finish, priced at $19. The Sour nova comes in at $18 and features St. Augustine gin, Aperol, strawberry simple syrup, lemon, and an Aperol foam that adds a fun visual flair. Both drinks feel right at home in The Edison’s moody, industrial setting.

New Mocktails at Enzo’s Hideaway & Maria & Enzo’s
Dry January is being celebrated in style at Enzo’s Hideaway and Tunnel Bar, as well as Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, with two thoughtfully crafted zero-proof options. The Crimson Bloom combines Aplós Ease with salted watermelon juice, hibiscus-mint syrup, lime juice, Fever-Tree ginger beer, and fresh mint for $17. The Cucumber Mist is a refreshing mix of Aplós Ease, lime juice, cucumber simple syrup, soda water, and cucumber, priced at $15. These mocktails prove that skipping alcohol does not mean skipping flavor or fun.

Dry January is an important time for many guests, whether they are exploring a new health focus or actively managing their alcohol consumption, and it is wonderful to see Disney Springs offering thoughtful, inclusive options. And if your vacation is the perfect excuse to unwind with an adult beverage and take advantage of Disney transportation, these limited-time drinks are well worth a stop. However you choose to sip, be sure to enjoy these new offerings while they are here.
