First Look at NEW Flavors Coming to 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival

Disney has shared an early look at some of the food coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and the preview puts a big spotlight on fresh ingredients grown right inside the park. There’s also a brand-new Outdoor Kitchen for 2026!

In a new video from Disney Parks, several menu items were revealed for The Land Pavilion booth, giving fans a taste of what to expect when the festival returns to EPCOT from March 4 through June 1, 2026. As always, the booth leans heavily into the idea of farm-to-festival, with many dishes featuring produce grown inside The Land pavilion itself.

Fresh-from-the-Greenhouse Highlights

One of the standout savory options is the Blackened Fish Slider, served with a fried green tomato and Cajun rรฉmoulade on a brioche bun. The tomatoes come straight from The Land pavilion, reinforcing the festival’s focus on sustainable growing practices.

Seafood fans will also find a Shrimp Ceviche, made with mango, avocado, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeรฑo, paired with plantain chips. Like several items on the menu, the tomatoes used here are harvested from The Land.

For a plant-based option, the booth is offering an Avocado Toast with Marinated Tomatoes, topped with dairy-free Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese on toasted ciabatta. Disney even refers to it as “the avocado toast of the town,” highlighting both red and green tomato varieties grown weekly for Walt Disney World restaurants. Those tomatoes have quite the resume, too, coming from a tomato “tree” that once produced more than 32,000 tomatoes from a single plant.

Drinks and Desserts Take Center Stage

On the beverage side, the Strawberry-Basil Lemonade combines Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry-hibiscus syrup and fresh basil, using lemons grown inside The Land, some weighing as much as nine pounds. For adults, a Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail made with Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade brings floral notes into the mix.

Desserts include a Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder, along with a Coconut Panna Cotta topped with cherry gelรฉe, matcha crumb, and edible flower confetti inspired by what’s grown in the pavilion.

A Little Bit of Everything

Rounding out the menu is what Disney describes as a “cornucopia of Disney Eats,” including items like Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs, Chicken and Waffles with honey-bacon cornbread, a Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho, and a classic Orange Cream Bar.

With more Outdoor Kitchen menus still to come, this early look suggests the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival will once again balance fresh ingredients, playful flavors, and plenty of variety for festival fans.
