If you’re someone who likes to try something new at EPCOT, there’s a fresh reason to stop by GEO-82. Starting April 28, a new lineup of cocktails is joining the menu, and these aren’t your typical park drinks.
The three new additions each bring something a little different to the table, both in flavor and presentation.
First up is the Tuscan Olive Oil Martini, which leans savory instead of sweet. It’s made with VUSA African Vodka, Dolin Dry Vermouth, and olive oil, with a tomato element and a Parmesan crisp to top it off. It’s one of those drinks that sounds a little unexpected at first, but that’s kind of the point. If you like trying bold, slightly unconventional flavors, this is probably the one to go for.

The Clarified Bee’s Knees takes a more classic cocktail and smooths it out even further. This version uses Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin with honey, lemon, and thyme, and it’s milk-washed to create a softer, more rounded finish. It’s also inspired by EPCOT’s long-standing focus on agriculture and conservation, which ties it back nicely to the park itself.

Finally, we have the Pink Peppercorn Clover Club. This drink includes Ford’s Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, raspberry, pink peppercorn, and lemon; giving it a bit of sweetness with a little touch of spice. It offers a lighter, more floral flavor and seems like an easy choice for those looking for something refreshing without it being overly heavy.
GEO-82 has been carving out a name for itself as a spot to find more elevated drink options, and this new trio fits right in. If you’re heading to EPCOT soon, it might be worth carving out a little time to stop in and see what these are all about.
