New Chef Selects Menu at City Works Disney Springs

Hey there, Disney Springs fans! One of my favorite things about returning to the same dining locations again and again is when they give us a reason to come back with limited-time menu additions. City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs has done just that, unveiling a new Chef Selects menu that will be available through August 11th. If you’re looking to shake up your usual order this summer, there are a few new options worth checking out.

Leading the way is the Crispy Rice Salad, a colorful combination of crunchy rice clusters and fresh vegetables, including baby kale, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, avocado, and red onion. Everything is tossed together with a creamy lemon tahini dressing and finished with a touch of chili crisp for a little extra heat. Guests can also sink their teeth into a hearty burger topped with truffled mushroom duxelle, melted GruyĆØre cheese, caramelized onions, peppery arugula, roasted garlic aioli, and crispy onions, all served on a soft brioche bun. It sounds like the perfect choice for anyone craving something rich and indulgent.

Of course, no seasonal menu would be complete without a few specialty beverages. This round includes the Transfusion, which balances sweet and tart flavors in a refreshing summer-ready sip, along with the Berry Lemonade Aperol Spritz, a fruit-forward take on the classic spritz that feels tailor-made for a warm Florida afternoon.
