Food lovers can officially start planning their visit to one of Central Florida’s most popular culinary events. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has unveiled the menu lineup for its 2026 Food & Wine Classic, giving guests a preview of the dishes and beverages they’ll be able to enjoy during this year’s event.
Returning for its 17th year, the event takes place Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, along the scenic causeway connecting the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. The outdoor festival combines unlimited food and beverage tastings with live entertainment, creating a lively street party atmosphere in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort.

This year’s event will once again feature cuisine from many of the resort’s signature restaurants, including Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, Rosa Mexicano, Kimonos, and more. Returning themed areas such as the Beer Garden, Bubble Lounge, For the Love of Florida, and Chinatown will also make their return with specialty food and drink offerings.

Among the new and returning menu highlights announced for 2026 are:
- Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib from Bourbon Steak
- Oyster Espuma from Todd English’s bluezoo
- Lasagna from Il Mulino
- Tacos de Cochinita Pibil from Rosa Mexicano
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper from the For the Love of Florida marketplace
- Mini Smash Burger from The Fountain

Beyond the food, the festival will feature more than 170 beverage selections, including wines from around the world, sparkling wines and champagne in the Bubble Lounge, and a wide variety of craft beers in the Beer Garden.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic runs from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each evening. Guests who purchase tickets for both nights can save 10% with a bundle ticket offer.
The complete 2026 menu is now available, giving guests plenty of time to map out which dishes they’ll want to sample first. With returning favorites, new culinary creations, and an extensive beverage lineup, this year’s Food & Wine Classic is shaping up to be another can’t-miss event for Disney and food fans alike.
