Halloween has taken over Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This year, guests can see an impressive The Nightmare Before Christmas confection in the hotel’s lobby.
At the same time, the Grand Californian Great Hall Cart offers a selection of Halloween treats. So, guests can enjoy both a spectacular display and seasonal snacks during one visit.
2026 Nightmare Before Christmas Confection
The centerpiece features Jack Skellington and Sally standing together on Spiral Hill. Jack wears his Sandy Claws costume, while Sally wears her familiar patchwork dress.

Nearby, Zero appears with his doghouse. Across the display, Oogie Boogie and the Mayor add more Halloween Town details.

The entire creation uses edible ingredients. Disney’s pastry team spent more than 800 hours bringing the display to life.
The team used 175 pounds of chocolate, 150 pounds of powdered sugar and 140 pounds of fondant. They also used 105 pounds of rice cereal and 38 pounds of marshmallows.
As a result, the display offers an impressive mix of Disney craftsmanship and Halloween storytelling.
