Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs is Now Open

We’re happy to report that Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs opened its doors for business on Friday evening, January 27, 2017, after their final inspection.

The newly reimagined, night-on-the-town experience along with the spectacular architecture will transport you back in time with its turn-of-the-century inspired design.

Once you’ve entered the restaurant, you’ll be treated to various displays of unique Hollywood artifacts and a massive 4,500-square-foot video wall featuring state-of-the-art sound and media.

The revamped menu including an exclusive selection of burgers and sandwiches conceived by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Plus, anticipate an assortment of shareable starters, upscale choices like a NY strip steak and the return of the World-Famous Chicken Crunch.

Additional highlights include:

  • Stargazers Bar – Live entertainment will be served up nightly on this outdoor patio overlooking Disney Springs Town Center. Beer aficionados can also look forward to a great range of Florida craft brews.
  • Upper Bar – Artisanal cocktail fans can mingle and sip on a curated collection of libations at this stunning alcove.
  • Lively Music – At night, a DJ spins classics and top 40 jams, enhancing the ambiance.
  • New Merchandise – Before you make a grand exit, stop by the gift shop to pick up movie-themed souvenirs—the perfect way to commemorate your visit.
