It’s November 1, and Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is kicking off the month with something brand new! The beloved bakery has revealed its latest lineup of seasonal treats and merchandise, and this month’s offerings are all about cozy fall flavors, apples, cinnamon, and a few familiar characters. There’s even a brand-new cookie that sounds like everything we love about fall wrapped into one nearly half-pound treat!
The biggest news is the debut of the Crisp & Crumble Cookie, an almost half-pound treat featuring the comforting flavors of apples, toasted sugar, and fall spices. It’s topped with a brown butter oat crumble and finished with a vanilla glaze. This brand-new cookie will be available throughout November.
For November 1 and 2 only, Gideon’s is also offering its Chocolate Churro Stuffed Sugar Cookie to celebrate Día de los Muertos. This special cookie features chocolate dough with cinnamon, cayenne, and ancho chili, filled with creamy dulce de leche and rolled in crunchy cinnamon sugar. There’s a limit of two per person.
The Apple Spice Cake is also returning through Thanksgiving! This seasonal favorite features layers of cake covered in salty-sweet apple caramel buttercream, filled with traditional apple pie filling, and topped with an oat crumble inspired by Dutch apple pie. Slices will be available every Wednesday and Saturday through Thanksgiving.
Coffee lovers can enjoy Pipistrello’s Mocha Cinnamon Cold Brew, inspired by Gideon’s Dark Coffee Cake Cookie. This seasonal drink is available exclusively at the Disney Springs location through Thanksgiving.
New November Merchandise
Samuel Scarecrow is the star of November’s menu artwork, which guests can pick up in line at Disney Springs or receive with online merchandise orders through Thanksgiving.
The November 1 merchandise release begins at 9 a.m. EST and includes:
- Samuel’s Apple Crumb Cake Candle
- Samuel Scarecrow Morsels Pin
- Samuel’s Morsels Canvas Sticker
- José Calacas Day of the Dead Mini Print, a signed, previously unreleased Last Rites collectible limited to 250 pieces, with a limit of two per household
Gideon’s is also celebrating the return of Olivia & Bunn with a special Series 5 Trading Card, numbered 65 1/2. The card is free with every online merchandise order placed November 1 only. Afterward, it will join the regular Series 5 collection as a randomly available card.
Additional cat-themed merchandise remains available to support the Liberation Cat House charity.
Gideon’s says there’s much more coming throughout November, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for additional announcements. In the meantime, that new Crisp & Crumble Cookie looks like a pretty good reason to stop by Disney Springs!
