Hey Disney dining friends! I have always thought this transition between summer and winter is one of the best times to enjoy the Disney Parks. You have all the spooky fun of Halloween, followed almost immediately by the sparkle of the holiday season, with the parks and surrounding areas transforming from pumpkins and ghosts into twinkling lights and festive decorations. Add in those cooler temperatures, more comfortable park days, and fireworks that don’t always require quite such a late night, and I am already emotionally attached to plenty of reasons why I love this time of year. But there is another seasonal treat that deserves our attention, and that is the food!
Fall menus have a way of making even the most familiar Disney favorites feel a little more special. From pumpkin spice and warm apple pie to turkey with cranberry sauce and those classic savory sides, this is the time of year when comfort food really comes into its own. I love seeing how Disney takes the flavors we associate with home and gives them a seasonal twist, whether that means something sweet, a hearty combination, or an unexpected new take on an old favorite.

As many of you know, no Disney trip is complete for me without a Club Sandwich from Splitsville.
