Disney PhotoPass has revealed 20 holiday photo opportunities coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, and there are some really cute ones in this year’s lineup! From Mickey and Minnie dressed for Christmas to a few unexpected appearances by the Muppets, guests will have plenty of chances to capture some fun holiday memories.
The special photo opportunities will be available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party from November 8 through December 22, 2026.
Holiday Magic Shots on Main Street, U.S.A.
Main Street is going to be a popular spot for holiday photos this year, especially with Cinderella Castle glowing in the background.
Guests can look for Mickey and Minnie Mouse holding hot chocolate and cookies, Olaf in his Christmas tree costume, and Goofy carrying a rather impressive stack of presents. Most PhotoPass photographers along Main Street will offer these Magic Shots.
There’s also a Santa Jack sleigh photo opportunity at the top of Main Street between the lawns, along with a holiday Mickey Mouse lights photo near the Christmas tree in Town Square.
Before Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, guests can stop for a special party photo featuring a commemorative prop and holiday border. Another Town Square photo opportunity features a festive gift box.
More Holiday Photos Around Magic Kingdom
Some of the most entertaining Magic Shots are scattered throughout the park, so it’s worth knowing where to look.
Near The Hall of Presidents in Liberty Square, guests can pose with characters from The Muppet Christmas Carol or Bean Bunny. Fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas can find Zero near the Haunted Mansion.
Adventureland has two holiday surprises near the Swiss Family Treehouse: a festive Orange Bird and a Chip ‘n’ Dale ornament photo.
Over in the Cinderella Castle hub, photographers will offer a Mickey Mouse snowman Magic Shot and a giant Mickey-shaped peppermint candy. Guests can also find Winter Tinker Bell with photographers facing Cinderella Castle and near the castle walls by Pinocchio Village Haus.
Stitch will make an appearance in a holiday gift box on the bridge connecting Cinderella Castle to Tomorrowland. On the opposite side of the hub, the bridge leading into Liberty Square will offer a holiday light painting photo.

Winter Confetti and Mistletoe Magic Shots will be available from most PhotoPass photographers throughout Magic Kingdom during the party. Disney recommends asking your photographer about these options.
With 20 different photo opportunities available, guests who enjoy collecting Magic Shots might want to make a little checklist before heading to the party. Some are easy to find along Main Street, while others will require a bit of exploring.
And with so many fun characters and holiday effects to choose from, deciding which photos to take might be the hardest part!
