Woman sues Disney, claiming they implanted a rubber chip in her body

Disney is being sued by a West Virginia woman who claims that the company implanted a rubber chip in her body without her knowledge or consent. Julie Lynne Hooker, of Chloe, West Virginia, filed the complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court. She is representing herself and is asking for the chip to be removed, as well as for monetary damages.
