New Disney ‘Aladdin’ TV Spot Explores Aladdin’s Connection with Princess Jasmine

A new television commercial for the upcoming Disney Aladdin live-action remake explores the connection between the title character and Princess Jasmine.

The clip features Will Smith as Genie, Mena Massoud as Aladdin, and Naomi Scott as Jasmine. In it, Aladdin asks that all important question: Do you trust me?

Disney Aladdin is directed by Guy Ritchie and includes the classic Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice songs from the original 2009 animated film, plus new music by Menken, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

The film doesn’t hit theaters until May 24th, but in the mean time, enjoy this look at Aladdin and Jasmine’s love story.
