It’s being reported that roughly 26 acres of land just to the west of the parking lot at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort has been sold to a residential development company, GHO Homes.
A news release stated that attached villas and single-family homes will be built on the property located at County Road 510 and State Road A1A.
The development is currently in the design phase, and sales are expected to begin in 2021.
GHO Homes President, Bill Handler, said that there’s still some work to be done on the designs.
Disney’s 32.6 acres was appraised this year at $4.6 million.
