Nevada Company Sues Disney Over Slogan on ‘Frozen 2’ Merchandise

Trust Your Journey, a Nevada-based company that creates merchandise and shares inspirational stories for those facing breast cancer, is suing The Walt Disney Company over the slogan that’s now being used on Frozen 2 merchandise.

The company, which has been using the “Trust Your Journey” name and slogan since 2007, says that they’ve trademarked the phrase which is now being used on Disney apparel, posters, and jewelry.

Adding to the complications, Trust Your Journey already has merchandise with the slogan for sale at Cracker Barrel, QVC, and other gift shops, grossing almost $4 million in sales themselves.

Disney has not commented on the lawsuit.
