When you think of a souvenir — from any destination, not just Walt Disney World — your mind probably goes to keychains or magnets first, right? That said, there’s an endless supply of just about any Disney keychain you could imagine out there. They’re an easy token of remembrance to pick up on your trip, and a fun accessory to plus up your everyday bag.
Welcome to another curated list of vintage Disney goods from yours truly! This week, we’re diving into the endless realm of vintage keychains; featuring some rarer and more quirky finds. Because… well, they just don’t make them like they used to. Ready your eBay carts, and hang on tight!
We have to start with a classic 90s plush Mickey Mouse bag tag. He just looks so happy to be here (or wherever you’ll take him)!
Available HERE | $22
If you’re a 90s kid (or a parent of), you probably remember these miniature notebooks to clip onto your school backpack. This PLUSH Pooh bear one takes me right back to my massive collection of diaries and journals — big and super small. Bonus, this one’s completely unused for your miniature note-taking and doodles!
Available HERE | $9.99
This Dumbo mini flashlight is dipping more into the “quirky” reserve I was talking about. I honestly don’t even remember seeing these at the parks, but it’s so weird? And adorable? And I think I have to have it?
Available HERE | $26.10
Talk about quirky… This plush Sulley head keychain screams 2001. His mouth unzips to a mini book, “Sulley’s Tips for Scarers”. If you scoop this, you could keep the book intact, or remove it for a unique AirPods holder or craft your own mini notebook!
Available HERE | $11.49
Last up for today is my personal all-time favorite WDW keychain. My sister and I had this growing up, and I was so happy to see there are multiple living on eBay so anyone can pick this relic up for themself.
The Mickey-shaped viewfinder is cute enough on it’s own, but it’s the cartridges –one for each park– featuring snapshots from the early 00s that make this a unique keepsake.
Available HERE | $19.99
That’s all for now! Do you have a favorite Disney keychain from years past? I’d love to know!
