Disney is leaning into nostalgia in the best way possible for this year’s May the 4th celebration, bringing back a handful of fan-favorite Star Wars items that longtime theme park fans have been hoping to see again.
Let’s start with the one that’s likely to grab the most attention right off the bat. The Star Tours StarSpeeder 1000 vehicle play set is officially making a return, and it is packed with such cool details. It’s a full replica of the attraction vehicle in the Disney theme parks, complete with interior seating and an LCD screen that plays actual Star Tours content. If you’ve ever wanted to bring a little piece of that ride home, this one is about as close as it gets.
It launches May 4th at select Disney Parks locations and online at the Disney Store at 8 a.m. PT, so if this has been on your wish list, you’ll want to be ready.
Another big return is the Star Wars Electronic Dejarik Board Game from the Galactic Archive Series. If that name doesn’t immediately ring a bell, think holochess from the Millennium Falcon. This version comes with light and sound effects and those stylized creature pieces that make it feel straight out of the films. It’s one of those collectibles that doubles as display and something you’ll actually want to turn on and play with.

And for anyone who prefers the dark side of the Force, this Darth Vader light-up figurine is also coming back. It has Vader sitting on a throne with glowing lightning details running through the base. It’s dramatic, a little intense, and it would look fabulous as the centerpiece of your display shelf.

All three items arrive May 4, 2026, both in Disney Parks and on DisneyStore.com, while supplies last. Disney has been counting down daily reveals leading up to Star Wars Day, and this one feels like a direct nod to fans who have been asking for these pieces to come back.
If you missed them the first time around, this is your shot.
