Hey, friends! There’s so much to be excited about as we finally get a closer look at the transformation of Disney Adventure World at Disneyland Paris, and the wait is almost over. Beginning March 29th, this long-awaited expansion will start welcoming guests with new attractions, dining, and experiences that are set to completely reshape the park.
Leading the way is the grand opening of World of Frozen, a major milestone that brings the kingdom of Arendelle to life with a beautiful village, a family-friendly boat adventure, character encounters with Anna and Elsa, and themed shopping and dining to explore. But that’s just the beginning. This ambitious project will nearly double the size of the park, adding even more to look forward to, including a Tangled-inspired attraction, a stunning central lake that will host a brand-new nighttime spectacular, and 15 brand-new dining locations. Raiponce Tangled Spin is a brand-new family attraction. The decor and theme are inspired by the adventurous Disney Animation film Tangled, bringing guests into one of the film’s most beautiful scenes, where they can whirl around in a gondola beneath a sky of floating lanterns. I can already imagine how beautiful this will be at night.
As the sun sets over Adventure Bay, something truly spectacular begins to unfold with the all-new Disney Cascade of Lights. This breathtaking nighttime show surrounds guests in a full 360° experience, blending choreographed fountains, shimmering water screens, dazzling drones, and bursts of pyrotechnics, all set to a beautiful orchestral score.
Drawing inspiration from beloved stories like Mulan, Hercules, Moana, Zootopia, Up, and even the Marvel Universe, this show celebrates courage, heart, and imagination in the most magical way. And here’s the part that really takes it to the next level: Disney is introducing a world-first with an innovative aquatic drone system working in harmony with aerial drones, creating stunning displays across both the sky and water. It’s the kind of end-of-day moment that feels truly unforgettable.
Seasonal Entertainment – Throughout the year, Adventure Way will come alive with offerings ranging from Musical Moment with Rapunzel and Flynn to Musical Moment with Mary Poppins and the Pearly Band in summer and Miguel’s Fiesta Latina. Bringing even more charm, the Disney Marching Band led by Minnie Mouse and her 12 musicians will parade through with lively renditions of favorite Disney, Pixar, and Marvel tunes.
