At this evening’s D23 event, Josh D’Amaro announced that the first-ever Coco-inspired attraction is coming to Disney Parks. Concept art was released showing a Pirates of the Caribbean-style ride that will incorporate scenes from the iconic movie as well as heart-warming music that we all know and love.
The new attraction will be breaking ground in 2026 in Disney’s California Adventure Park. After construction, the ride is said to be a brand-new experience, complete with Skeleton Animatronics. We can’t wait to see what comes from this announcement and eventually welcome the world’s first-ever Coco-themed ride into the Disneyland Resort.
