ICYMI: New Star Wars Popcorn Bucket To Hit Disneyland

Friends, I can’t even find the words to start this one. I don’t eat popcorn at Disney Parks. I never have and likely never will. However, I am a sucker for the adorable designs of a Disney popcorn bucket. It’s quite the predicament, let me tell you. The number of times I have been reminded that I don’t even eat the popcorn while being tempted to buy one is, well, all the times. Even though I mostly resist and admire from afar, occasionally, I can’t help but give in, and it’s about to happen again.

In case you missed it, yesterday Jackie shared with us the new Foodie Guide for Disneyland’s Season of the Force. It contained lots of the usual outstanding creativity with a few new additions that made even this Star Wars fence sitter start looking at vacation dates. One item that stopped me in my tracks with the new popcorn bucket that has me seriously considering if maybe I am secretly a fan after all. The new Death Star Bucket will be available from March 28th with a limit of 2 per guest per transaction at the following locations:

  • Disneyland Park: Galactic Grill’s Seasonal Novelty Release on mobile order (Available with a side of french fries), Kat Saka’s Kettle, Popcorn near Star Trader, beverage carts in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (Available with Galma Garlic Puffs or Popped Grains)
  • Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa: Grand Californian Great Hall Cart (Available with Space Rock Cookies)

As usual, this will be while stocks last. While I’m surprised that this one has caught my attention so strongly, it wouldn’t be the first time that one of these pretty beauties ends up coming home with me in my suitcase. In other novelty news, we also caught our first look at the new Coaxium Sipper (Available starting Mar. 28)  that will be in Disneyland Park’s Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, Ronto Roasters:
