Hey Downtown Disney friends! If youāre someone who loves this season as much as I do, and you appreciate a little extra attention to detail, you are absolutely going to want to read this one. Downtown Disney has been evolving over the last few years, and after a period where many of the dining locations and shops felt a little bare during the transition, the area has really come back to life. It has become this vibrant little community with a delightful and ever-growing culinary scene, where there is not only something for everyone, but also the opportunity to experience authentic cuisines, rich with culture and flavor, without ever leaving the Disneyland Resort. Thatās exactly the kind of space where I love seeing chefs get creative, and the news Iām sharing with you today is focused on one of my favorite locations.
One Downtown Disney location, Paseo, is bringing back a fan-favorite seasonal dessert, and I am completely here for it. This, my friends, is exactly the kind of little discovery that has inspired a new Disney trip idea for me in the past. The Pumpkin Dulce has returned to Paseo for the season, and while the description alone is enough to get any fall fan interested, there is no arguing with the elegance of this presentation. Hereās the official description:
Pumpkin Dulce has returned to Paseo for the season.
Spiced sponge cake, maple syrup ganache, walnut crumble, pumpkin mousse, GruyĆØre & rosemary ice cream, toasted honey gel + chocolate twig.

Now, this one has a flavor profile that any fall fan is going to be intrigued by, but for me, the real excitement is in that presentation. Just look at this beautiful plate and imagine the feeling of having it set down in front of you. Itās almost too beautiful to eat, yet far too delicious not to. Quite the conundrum!
If youāre looking for an excuse to visit Downtown Disney, or you simply want to add a special seasonal treat to your fall dining schedule during your next Disneyland Resort vacation, donāt miss this impressive dessert while itās around. Because honestly, sometimes all it takes is one beautiful plate of food to give me a reason to start planning another Disney trip! Extreme, I know, but true…
