According to the Disney Parks Blog, the popular barbeque joint, 4 Rivers will soon have a food truck coming to Disney Springs. The new establishment will be called the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck and will be located at the Disney Springs Marketplace beginning in late August.
The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck will serve a barbacoa-style menu derived from the “culinary culture of Mexico City.” Guests will be able to find Taco Cones, Burrito Bowls, and even “vegetarian options like the Squash Blossom Burrito.”
4 Rivers is a popular family-owned smokehouse barbecue chain in Florida. This food truck will serve as another locally founded establishment making its way to Disney Springs.
