A new Muppets series may be coming to ABC. The television network is filming a proof of concept to bring back The Muppets. Bill Prady, co-creator of The Big Bang Theory, is co-writing the script with Bob Kushell (Anger Management, 3rd Rock From the Sun). The concept will be presented in May and if approved, could go straight to series development. لعبة الروليت مجانا
The show is being produced by ABC Studios and The Muppet Studios, both of which are owned by Disney. The concept presentation will be filmed at Disney’s Burbank lot next weekend. Some performers from the original Muppets show may return.
The Hollywood Reporter says the plot would include Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo and Animal, as well as other Muppets, meeting at ABC Studios for a meeting about the new show. Miss Piggy and Kermit aren’t getting along, so unless she signs on to do the show, plans won’t proceed. لعب بوكر حقيقي
Prady began his career 1982 by working for Jim Henson and writing for The Jim Henson Hour. He actually attempted to reboot the Muppets franchise before he began The Big Bang Theory, but Disney didn’t pick it up at that time. He was nominated for an Emmy in 1991 for his work on The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson and he has “contributed writing to Disney’s Muppet-themed attractions.”
