Today, Cars Land favorite Flo’s V8 Cafe introduced a completely new diner-inspired menu, featuring burgers, salads, and fried chicken. The popular Disney California Adventure eatery had been serving hot sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and BBQ ribs.
The new Ka-Cheeseburger [$11.49] features a 1/3 pound angus beef patty, with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and 1000 island dressing on a sesame seed bun.
Ramone’s Low & Slow Club [$11.49] sandwich includes turkey and bacon, with a avocado-bacon mayo on toasted white bread. The Fin-tastic Tuna Sandwich [$10.99] is made with albacore tuna salad on toasted wheat bread.
All of the sandwiches are served with steak fries.
Flo is also now making her Famous Fried Chicken [$16.99] and a Cobb de Ville Salad [$10.99], but for something a little different, try Fillmore’s Pot Pie [$10.99], made with creamy sweet corn, potato, chiles, and cheddar cheese under a flaky pie crust.
For younger guests, the menu now includes the Taillight Slider with turkey, a Micro Burger, Chicken Fenders, and Mack’s Mac & Cheese. Each are $7.49 and are served with fresh fruit, baby carrots and choice of drink.
What hasn’t changed is Flo’s Classic Shakes [$5.99]! Grab a vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry shake topped with road gravel. A new seasonal dessert is the Strawberry Pie [$5.39], filled with pastry cream and fresh strawberries.
As of now, it doesn’t appear that the breakfast menu has changed.
