If you’ll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort between now and January 31, 2020, you might want to make a point of stopping by Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs.
In celebration of National Polka Dot Day on January 22nd, Amorette’s will be serving up an adorable Minnie Mouse-inspired petite cake.
The cake consists of a layer of brownie with chocolate chiffon cake and chocolate chip diplomat cream in between the layers – the diplomat cream has been described as a light vanilla pudding with chocolate chips mixed in. Of course, it’s topped with all the polka-dotted goodness, chocolate Ears, and a chocolate Minnie Bow!
