Tickets for July’s D23 Expo are selling fast and in fact, single-day tickets for Saturday, the second day of the event, are now sold out.
D23: The Official Disney Fan Club and its bi-annual event, the D23 Expo, celebrate everything Disney, including theme parks, television, merchandise, and movies.
The schedule for the event is still being filled in, but so far the sold-out Saturday includes a presentation on the upcoming slate of live action movies from Disney, including Marvel and Star Wars, in the morning. This presentation usually features appearances by the directors and cast of the movies. In the afternoon, Bob Chapek, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, will discuss what’s coming next to Orlando, Anaheim and beyond.
3-Day passes and single-day tickets for both Friday and Sunday are available.
Friday’s schedule includes the Disney Legends Ceremony and a presentation on upcoming animated features, while Sunday’s highlights include two concerts by composer Alan Menken.
Single-day tickets are $81 for adults ($72 for D23 members) and $59 for children ($53 for D23 members). 3-Day passes are $238 for adults ($207 for D23 members) and $174 for children ($153 for D23 members). Tickets can be purchased online.
The D23 Expo will be held July 14-16, 2017 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
