Until now, the Disney Armed Forces Salute Ticket Discounts were made available only to military members. However, the Walt Disney World Resort has recently announced that Department of Defense Civil Service workers and Contractors are eligible for the salute and ticket discounts.
This temporary expansion of the discount is being referred to as a “test program” running from September 13th until December 19th. The Room Discount does not apply to the test program.
This year’s ticket discounts come in two options: Theme Park Hopper and Theme Park Hopper Plus. The first allows a military or DoD member to visit multiple parks in the same day with his or her guests. The Plus Option allows 4 entrances to non-theme park Disney venues in addition to 4 theme park days.
Here are the prices per ticket:
Four-Day Park Hopper Ticket: $226
Four-Day Park Hopper Plus Ticket: $266
Five-Day Park Hopper Ticket: $246
Five-Day Park Hopper Plus Ticket: $286
Eligible guests can purchase tickets through December 15th, 2018 at their local base ticket office, Disney theme park ticket booth or at Shades of Green. Valid CAC is required upon purchase and entry.
